Find the student in your roster and record their arrival. Check them out when they leave. Staff can see the current attendance list without comparing paper sheets or asking the person who handled the last arrival.

If a student returns later, record another visit. Keep the arrival and departure together so the day’s record is clear.

A missed check-out shouldn’t mean guessing what happened. Staff can review a student’s history, correct a time, or add a missed visit with a reason. The activity record keeps track of changes.
