For tutoring and learning centers
Make the after-school arrival rush easier to manage.
When students arrive at different times and staff change shifts, a shared attendance record helps everyone keep track of the day.
A little help. A happier day. Before the first student arrives
Bring your student list into Classroom Check-In and invite the people who handle attendance. Your team can search the same roster instead of maintaining separate copies at the front desk.
During a busy afternoon
Record each arrival as it happens. Use the current attendance view to see who is here, and check students out as they leave. A staff member taking over can pick up from the same record.
If guardian updates are part of your routine, the optional Communications add-on sends email alerts for check-ins and check-outs.
After the last departure
Review the day’s records and correct missed entries with a reason. Over time, use attendance history and visit patterns to understand how students are using your center.
Is it a fit for your center?
Classroom Check-In focuses on student attendance: arrivals, departures, visit history, and staff access. If those records currently live on paper or in a shared spreadsheet, start by trying the workflow with your team.
Use the trial to walk through an arrival, a departure, and a correction. Review a student’s history together so staff know where to find it on the next shift.
